Magnetic filters of the 45 series are designed to protect against clogging of engineering systems with persistent mechanical impurities. The filter captures all solid particles whose dimensions exceed the size of the mesh cells (standard mesh design: cell 1.2 x 1.2 to DN 100mm, cell 1.6 x1.6 from DN 125mm to DN300mm. Depending on the operating conditions, mesh filters can be made of various metal grades, as well as with a magnetic insert, which is designed to trap metal particles that may be smaller than the mesh cell size.
